Casey's - Jay

Prices are a bit high for a convenience store and food tastes like generic frozen foods, but overall a clean store with multiple options.

Poorly managed. Only one gal at the register. The other waited until the line of customers was all the way back to the coolers before she opened up the other register. I just put my stuff down and left.

I am unable to reach anyone at the restaurant as no one is answering the phone. I have been waiting for at least 10 minutes.

I have consistently experienced delays in my orders at this restaurant. Despite arriving 10 minutes after my pick-up time, my order is never ready. The staff are often unfriendly, especially after 6pm. My food is rarely prepared correctly unless the management is present to oversee. It's disappointing to see Casey's decline in quality of service compared to how it used to be.

The Jay store does not open at 4am and their pumps are not available 24 hours. If you need gas at 4am, I suggest going to the Y store as their pumps are open.
