Bidra med feedbackThe customer service was disappointing. Unpleasant attitudes and a lack of kindness have no place in the service industry.
They prepared my coffee quickly and treated me and my companions very kindly.
Went by due to Starbucks being closed again, first person taking order was clearly new and getting frustrated with the system, second person took over and got our drinks correct on screen and 6 donuts very limited variety but that was ok sense they closed soon. Order came fast but sadly the drinks were warm at best maybe steamed to 90-100 degrees and was wanting a hot drink due to the chill in the air. Definitely need to slow down and make the drinks correct and at the correct temperatures. Have gone several times and it’s 50/50 if the drinks are correct and good. Need to work on consistency to keep customers happy
I normally NEVER complain much less write reviews, however, my son I's experience this morning certainly warrants a 1 star review. We are 2-3x/week customers but will likely not return again due to the consistently negative rude short haired female employee. She made an unnecessary passive aggressive comment to my 11 year old that I clearly heard from across the room. When working in the service industry, I understand it can be frustrating and overwhelming but it is NOT okay to outwardly speak this way to an innocent child. I see there are other complaints about her never feel comfortable or welcome there because of her, despite our repeated business (and tips).
This is a fantastic spot to enjoy a cup of hot chocolate after a day of sledding. Parking is abundant, making it convenient for visitors.
