Pizza Hut - Janesville

Cheaper price, otherwise, everything was good! i just couldnt believe i spent 41.11 on 2, 3 topping stuff crusts and a monster chocolate chip cookie. it wasnt even delivered! we picked the order up.

Good to have the personal pan pizza back on the menu

The staff was very friendly and on time with my order. However, I was missing wings in my order and I drove over 30 minutes to get to this store and pick up my order (I live in the middle of nowhere)... so it was disappointing that the one thing I was able to order for myself from the menu and it was missing. not completely, but the count was wrong.

Pizza did not have black olives which I selected to be added. It was a chicken fiesta pizza and it had very little chicken. I think it could have used more cheese too. I did not like the sour cream it was scooped from a container and put in a dipping cup. It could have used more of the salsa/picante packets too.

Our order was mistakenly placed for a Pizza Hut located in another part of the city instead of the one closest to our home. Instead of canceling our order—which we would have completely understood—they went ahead and made it, then delivered it to us as quickly as they could, despite being out of the area. We were very grateful for that.
