Pizza Hut - Janesville

I placed a sizable online order and received an email confirming that it would be ready in 20 minutes. Upon arriving at the pizza hut drive-thru, our order was indeed ready as promised. The two staff members at the window were very friendly and worked well together to handle our large order. Everything was correct—no mistakes at all. I was really impressed with the 20-minute turnaround, the attentive staff, and the accuracy of our order. I will definitely be ordering from this Pizza Hut again!

Our order was mistakenly placed for a Pizza Hut located in another part of the city instead of the one closest to our home. Instead of canceling our order—which we would have completely understood—they went ahead and made it, then delivered it to us as quickly as they could, despite being out of the area. We were very grateful for that.

It's been five months since I last wrote a review, but I just wanted to share that I ordered again today, and the service was just as wonderful. My food arrived promptly and at the perfect temperature. I was especially pleased that my order was correct this time. Recently, I ordered from the Pizza Hut on Milton Ave, and they mistakenly sent me pepperoni instead of pineapple, which was quite frustrating since I'm a vegetarian. But once again, West Court exceeded my expectations!

The pizza at the Court Street location in Janesville is always delicious and perfectly prepared. Whenever I request extra sauce and cheese, they never hesitate to accommodate me, and the pizza is always served hot.
