Taco Bell - Jacksonville

Order your food on your app. Especially if you change your order. It is still Taco Bell at the end of the day, but at least it will reduce the chance that your order will be grounded, and it is a bit faster when you go through the drive thru.

This is one of the better Taco bells. The food is hot and fresh and the line is never too long and the people who work here are service-oriented.

I put my order on the kiosk. At the counter and noticed that the dining area was dirty, the beverage area machine was covered in black form, a team member preparation food had on 1 glove, other team member wearing mask under the nose. I went to the bathroom while I wait... dirty. I received my warm drinks and was recommended at this time, the ice machine is broken. I have to go to the car, my drink was warm and flat. Open my taco supreme and there was no ounce of salad on the taco. I went back to the store to return the food and advised the team member to give me a full refund due to food quality, and I just couldn't stomach like filthy was the store.

Quan on night shift is absolutely amazing. He was the kindest worker we have ever met. Taco bell, please give him a raise. Thank you for being the best Quan. Love, the 2 girls at the window that came in at 11:30pm:
