Rally's - Jacksonville

We ordered burgers and fries because we had coupons. Unfortunately, our food was not very good. The fries were cold and the burgers were soggy. However, our cashier was extremely pleasant and helpful.

We have been loyal customers of Rally's since they first opened in North Little Rock many years ago. The burgers are fast, yet have a homestyle taste, and the Cajun spiced fries are incredibly tasty. Even after all these years, Rally's still impresses us with their efficient drive-thru service and consistent food quality. Unlike other fast food restaurants where mistakes are common, Rally's always gets our order right. The burgers are reasonably priced and always made to perfection. The fresh lettuce, tomato slices, and onions on the burgers are a nice touch, although I wish they would put more onions on. The regular Rally Burger is a solid choice, but the Big Buford with double everything is a bit too much for me. They also offer fish sandwiches, chicken sandwiches, and even hot dogs. However, I would recommend passing on the fish sandwich as it can be a bit fishy. Overall, Rally's is a reliable spot for a quick and satisfying burger.

Order 2 meals at the walk-up window, one being a chicken tender meal and the other a regular burger meal and a banana shake to go with it, the total came to be $22 and some change. The person taking our order was very time efficient and wasn 't moving toofast but efficiently to where we were happy and he got our order 100% how we asked, the food temperature was perfect and thefood was well put together. I 'd recommend this food joint if you 're needing a quick bite to eat. From what I could see it waspretty well clean, employee 's had gloves on and he was mindful to not touch the tops of the drinks and made sure to keep aholdof it at the bottom of everything. Good job yall you get my A+ 5-? 's as well!

Fries were cold and nasty. The burger was good and the frozen drink was at bottom of cup... meaning drained from icy part to syrup at bottom.

I wanted to express my gratitude for the excellent service tonight at the restaurant. Despite being very busy, you all efficiently prepared our order perfectly. The fries were deliciously hot and fresh. My family doesn't dine out often, so it was a wonderful treat for us. Thank you for working quickly and effectively, and bless you all.
