My usual pizza hat closed recently (Roosevelt Blvd) and I had to order from this place. I used the app to order and select the contactless delivery. I got an update from the app that was my order for delivery, but after waiting and waiting that it was never delivered, and I didn't have my pizza. Turns out that the driver put the pizza on the veranda, the door bell did not ring, not text or call, and did not wait or confirm in the app that it was delivered. My pizza sat half an hour in the cold and I had no idea that it had been delivered, the app still showed that it was for delivery. ' I tried to ask the store where my delivery was during the waiting period and the phone just played the greeting over and over for 6 minutes. No one has ever picked up, the app has never updated. This pizza hut is terrible, the service and delivery are the worst I have ever experienced and I will never order pizza hut again.

Seems like I was expecting a little too much ordering from here. I'm a huge fan if the pan pizza and I'm glad they brought it back after so long. BUT 103rd needs to up their pizza making skills, or study the pan pizza a little more. Crust is too large, ask for extra sauce, didn't get it. The pizza had like no sauce on it btw. Asked for extra cheese and nothing. Last week I ordered the same thing from San Marco, phenomenal, best pizza I've had so far. Just sucks I'm too far to order all the time. Idk, guess I'm just saying do better ?????
