I did an online order , it lets you make requests on what you like so I did , I would have paid for any changes if they applied it . I get there and they tell me after waiting 20 min they didn’t have order ready they can’t do that . Incredibly rude . Will not return . Change you ordering process if you can’t do something , and stop acting like customers are a problem . Meal type: Dinner
