Bidra med feedbackWhat a pleasant surprise. She left the mall and saw a cheese steak. I was in the mood for an authentic and we see Googled what was around. Found this jewel and saw a picture and said I must try. I had a cheesestock with onions and provolone and Mrs had the cheese steak frits. Both were delicious. My bread was soft when I came home, but the taste profile was more than made for them. I recommend eating it in the parking lot to get the best experience. Mrs. ripped her back home. It's gonna go back.
I'm going to the place for cheese steaks. My staff and I are going to lunch all the time. I usually replace the vertebral salad, God is so good and full. They can say that they season the meat very well. And the regular cheese steaks are huge! To definitely try it!! I would like to mention that they are busy so that the waiting period is a bit long. So order before the time for pickup and give them an additional 10min only in case
Really authentic Philly Cheesesteak joint. We ordered the Hoagie (pictured) and the traditional Cheesesteak was so juicy and delicious. You can taste all the range of flavors from the veggies, to the cheese, to the meat and bread. They don't necessarily have a dine in but there is an outdoor area in the front with benches and tables that you can use to eat the meal fresh. I'm more of a fan eating fresh so just thought I'd note that. Come when it's cooler in the day. Will come back to try more sandwiches, like the Buffalo Chicken.
If you want quality customer service do not go here. Ordered off Uber eats for the first time, and I chose their vegan philly bevause of the vegan provolone because my other choice had yellow vegan cheese. I paid over $30 for 2 Sandwichs not including fries and a drink. The manager told me she didn't have time to let me know she didn't have vegan cheese and ended up putting real parmesan cheese on my truffle fries. The little cashier girl is very young and unprofessional as well. I asked if they could remake my Sandwich when they have the cheese next week like most resteraunts offer, but she said no. There's no empathy and no care for customers, as long as there making money they don't care how your sandwich looks. I will not be going back. Rip off, anyways!
I've been to all the major Philly cheesesteak spots and we are very fortunate to have this restaurant here in Jacksonville. They nailed the bread which I think is the hardest part to get right outside of the northeast. Service was good, whiz was solid and cooked properly. My only gripe would be I think my sandwiches could have used a bit more meat to completely mimic the Philly experience but that could just have been me being really hungry too.
