Manger was rude what seemed like a new employee I didn't impressed. The shop manager also knew my ice cups with a towel. What is disgusting for me, people lick their ice cups when the ice drips, which may also be evil, but it is a reflex.

Ice cream is delicious and very interesting to watch prepared? Staff was hit and miss some extremely friendly, some very distant. Tables need to be wiped more by staff but frankly I was there for the ice cream and it was fantastic.

Had the oreo, vanilla ice cream, with almond's, fudge, in a waffle cup large it was amazingly delicious.

Not impressed didn't look like the picture. Has a 4$ milk queen blizzard look like the winner. Will not come back this year or next. Dairy Queen is the winner... Please don't wait for me first. Coffee ice cream does not taste like it

I've been to this Coldstone location before, and usually there are only a few things that go wrong, but I never had an experience like this. There were 6 people behind me, I wait about 10 minutes in the line and there were 3 people on the front. Only a girl used the register, then this young woman with blond wavy hair, no name tag and no hat seemed like she had a posture to a customer. She also rolled her eyes on the customer after she said she doesn't want a cone, but wanted a bowl, while the worker in her own world wasn't paying attention to the customer. After this interaction, the blonde girl went on her back and never came out again, and when one of the workers on her back asked for help, did I hear the young lady say? I'm not back.? I have also read some of the other reviews and it seems that there is a persistent problem with the staff, and management has to blame someone more. Staff must be more respectful and must bring their actions together.
