Chick-fil-a - Jacksonville

Next to the friendly staff, this place is not the best. I sat in the drive about 5 minutes. I was told to move forward and sit for another 10 minutes. I can understand if they're busy, but it wasn't at all. even after all the time my order was not even correct. I will continue to drive to avoid this tussi.

Love chick fil a. and the staff at this place are always very friendly. However, their service level is somewhat slower than any of the other stalls in the opposite, and often make them mistakes as forgetting by fritten. also for taking food, it is all done from a window, a car to a time, instead of food runners like all other stalls do. the manager is very nice, but it seems as if this location needs some enthusiasm and requires some process improvements. also here the staff is always very nice.

I live right at this place and would travel to the next to not deal with them. this place is super slow, always the order confused, and has the most unprofessional baptisms working for them. I never thought I'd say something negative about ANY-Chickfila, but honestly, don't go here. especially when you're in a hurry.

My order is never right. once a koks zero, which was nothing but carbonated water, ordered grilled nuggets and was fried and once ordered grilled chicken club and got a regular roasted chicken sandwich. all these times I became for what I ordered, but the workers can either not read the tickets or just throw everything into a bag

Nice employees but my grilled chicken sandwich came just cheese hanging out the side and a chicken patty. No lettuce or tomato see the photo. Going to the other chik fil a. Never been to a chick fil a and had this happen.
