Subway Sandwiches & Salads

Younger employees appear to lack respect for customers and often behave as if interacting with them is a hassle. On several occasions, we've noticed one staff member rudely directing others around. Additionally, when ordering online, our orders have been incorrect, and we've received sandwiches with old, unappealing vegetables.

The service on Saturday morning was not great. I had to wait a long time to be served, and to make matters worse, I wasn't allowed to bring my service dog into the store.

The restaurant was exceptionally clean, including the restrooms. The two young ladies who served us were incredibly friendly and welcomed me and my family with genuine smiles. I didn't catch their names, but one was African American and the other Caucasian, both with tattoos. The subs were made to order and tasted fantastic!

Furthermore, when ordering online, we've encountered errors with our orders and received sandwiches with wilted vegetables.
