Eating was hot and fresh, gain it 4 stars because they forget one of our drinks

The service has been extremely slow. I do understand they are short-handed but a 30/40min wait time in the lobby is extreme at a fast food restaurant.

The line was slow an long. My order was right so I had to wait for it to be completed. The car before had to wait for there's to be made right aswell

Horrible ignorant manager he had the doors locked from 3:30 pm to close watching ppl come to door and pull but locked and drive thru not moving when I asked for corporate num he said they don't give that and get out of the drive thru he is ignorant older man and corporate is ignorant too to allow him to be that rude to regular customers

Rude as hell! Ordered my food and then nobody at the speaker said anything at all.. so I just pulled up to the window, the guy at the window opens it and just looks at me with a blank stare and finally says “uh, u wana order?” And the manager comes to window and is like “so are you getting the box?” ….. like I did something wrong. Horrible communication to say the least
