Bidra med feedbackVery cozy, great staff great food. Pricy tho, like everywhere in JH.
I want to start off with our waiter, Claudia B. She is the MAIN reason I am giving Orsetto a ONE STAR. If I could give this place a zero I would because of her. Let me tell you why. They brought out our appetizer and we were still deciding on what we wanted for the main course. She comes by and ask if we need more time and we said yes we do need another minute. Right after answering she reaches across the table and closes our menus and said “we don’t have time to change these out tonight”… she acted as if we were eating over it. Which we were NOT we had the menu next to our small plates that we were using to eat our appetizer. She could’ve asked or approached it differently. How do you even do that after we tell you to give us another minute since we are still deciding? Makes no sense to me but she set a negative tone and just seemed displeased to be working there. At the end, after finishing our meal she is standing behind me but slightly to my left and she reaches in front of me to grab my clean utensils and reached across the table to get my dates utensils too. She couldn’t just walk over there or say excuse me as I grab your utensils? VERY poor service, and I am so displeased. Not a great way to celebrate a birthday honestly a disappointment and I wish I would’ve just gone somewhere else. *Food was okay pasta could’ve been cooked longer.
I am from Massachusetts where we have awesome Italian food and this place is ROCKS!! Food is excellent, nice service and atmosphere. Highly recommend!!
We Ordered Cacio e pepe and spaghetti and meatballs. Both dishes were amazing, fresh and delicious. Asked for bread, it was fresh and delicious with a tomato and olive oil dip. Delicious but pricey for $12. Still, would highly recommend. Food was amazing and service was attentive
Everything is great except for the portion sizes. The food is delicious and the service and atmosphere are fantastic but the portion sizes are embarrasing especially for its price. If you're a small eater, you will be fine but about half the table left hungry. Also, the gluten free version of the same exact dish we got was about 30% smaller than the regular version of the dish. I understand if a different noodle is used but giving me less of it feels unacceptable. Still, I left satisfied from a great night with family.
