Ihop - Jackson

I was really surprised. I didn't expect so much from a low place. I heard there was a new dm. it could explain the difference. Eating was excellent. much better than most ihops in the land. demarious (probably the writing guarded) was extremely friendly, helpful, was always on the dingen. one of the better experiences in an ihop in a long time.

Sat here for 45mins only to find out they had not started cooking our food until another waiter asked us how long has it been since we ordered. Our original waiter was not only waiting on tables but cleaning and sweeping. When we asked her to check on our food, she kept saying it was still cooking. As we walked out, all of the employees were gathered talking and no one offered to right their wrong. Very poor service

Probably one of the worst IHOP's my family and I have ever been to. My father didn't even eat his pancakes because they looked too undercooked, and my sister asked for some coffee creamers and the employee didn't even put it on the plate. While she asked her my family noticed that she was not even wanting to attend us due to her expression, like she didn't even want to be there. And the cherry on top of this ice cream of a disaster was that in my brother in law's coffee, there was a hair. The restrooms need a lot of work, and since we were just on our way to Florida we stopped here taking the reviews lightly. Do not make the same mistake we did and don't go here. If I was able to give negative stars I would. Go to McDonald's, they probably have better service.

Store appeared to be clean, however after inside and at table, floor was sticky under table. Service was ok. Basically did their job but didn’t go out of their way. 2 adults, 1 teenager, 9 and 5 year olds. Drinks were brought, no ice. 2 waters ordered, no glass, brought water bottles. Had to ask for child cup with kid. When it was brought, all drinks excluding water), were bright again in glasses with ice. Ordered funny face pancakes, 55+ pancake, and 3 orders of pancakes. Nothing special. Asked for more syrup, brought back warm butter pecan, it was good, but maple syrup container was Alex to be refilled. Also asked for strawberry syrup. It was brought in 2 carry out containers. Order came to $80 ?. No itemized receipt given, just go to register to pay. Got to car, realized too much. Went back in, couldn’t give receipt because printer was broke??? Hot a quick look and found out they gave themselves an automatic $30 tip in addition to the $20 tip I left. Was charged for water, as well as extra drinks. Plus an automatic tip for a part of 5. No where did I see this was a normal. If I did I wouldn’t of left an additional $20. Supposedly manager wasn’t on the premises?? Called credit card company next day only to find out they had charged my account another 3 times for an additional $30 each. Not a good experience and not a good impression for Mississippi or IHOP,

This ihop has the worst customer service I saw at an ihop! no workers made us big when we got in. I finally asked, let's sit down. we said we were sitting in 5 minutes. 20 minutes later we waited. we could hear commands that come wrong or cold. we decided to go together with other customers. very unprofessional. do not visit this ihop again. they should be ashamed. I wish I could have a zero rating.
