Chick-fil-a - Jackson

This is the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever experienced. They move INCREDIBLY slow even when you are the only person in the store or drive through. My order is never right and they ignore you at the counter if you try to ask for anything extra. I completely understand when things are busy that service staff deserves grace and patience but they are just something else. Also thanks for the watery iced coffee that I waited for for 20 minutes and isn?t even vanilla like it was

I enjoyed a great breakfast at this location yesterday. Food quality is always top notch, as well as the second to none customer service experience.

This is the worst chic fil a I've EVER been to, they lost our mobile order and we had to show proof that the money was taking out of the account while waiting 20 extra minutes for them to make the food. Management was very unprofessional and did not even seem to be concerned. The chx tenders were burnt at that! I usually enjoy cfa but after this experience I will not be going back to this location.

This is a new Chick-fil-A in Jackson. A little bit hard to get to. You can turn right if you're coming from the interstate at the street right before the restaurant, or you can go through the KFC parking lot. It's always pretty busy to be careful.

Not a normal Chick-Fil-A experience for us. For the good, food was decent, staff was friendly. For the bad, drinks were over carbondated, tables were dirty at 9am, women's bathroom was out of toilet paper in 2 stalls.
