Bidra med feedbackThe food was delicious; I ordered the BLT chicken sandwich. However, the ordering process was frustrating. The young lady on the intercom was difficult to understand, and when she finally took my order, it seemed like she forgot to submit it. As a result, when I arrived at the pickup area, they had to take my order again, and I ended up having to pull over and wait.
I waited 30 minutes for three drinks and never received them. A refund was processed to a Discover card, which I don’t have and never have had, even though I paid with PayPal, as indicated on my original receipt. I spoke with three managers, but the issue remains unresolved. I will not be returning to this location again.
I was in the mood for something different for dinner yesterday, and Chick-fil-A really delivered. The menu offers a fantastic variety of options. I did wish there was a bit more fruit in the yogurt and fruit cup, but overall, I had a great experience. I'll definitely be returning!
This is the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever experienced. They move INCREDIBLY slow even when you are the only person in the store or drive through. My order is never right and they ignore you at the counter if you try to ask for anything extra. I completely understand when things are busy that service staff deserves grace and patience but they are just something else. Also thanks for the watery iced coffee that I waited for for 20 minutes and isn?t even vanilla like it was
I enjoyed a great breakfast at this location yesterday. Food quality is always top notch, as well as the second to none customer service experience.
