Arby's - Jackson

I go to this Arby's often and it's always great. The staff is friendly and the food is always fresh and fast.

5:35 pm today, 10/13/22. Ordered Jamoca shake, machine out of order. Ordered root beer for drink, THAT machine down. Completed order and was told to pull forward and waited. Realized I paid with a charge card and got no receipt. When we FINALLY got our food I asked for my receipt and was told THAT machine was down also!! THAT was the last straw and told the the gentleman who delivered our food how upset and scary not to have my receipt ESPECIALLY with everything that happened. He said he … – show

I love Arby's and this one is yummy! Fast and friendly!

Pulled up to the drive thru and was asked to wait, then a lady with blue hair came out to smoke a cigarette while we waited to have our order taken. 10 minutes later after our order was still not taken we decided to just leave. Won't be back.

Our large fries literally had a small frie amount of fries in the box when I got them home. Completely ridiculous.
