Bidra med feedback1. The Kachi is delicious, though a bit pricey at $14. 2. The Khichuri with chicken or goat, or any of the curries, is also very tasty. Overall, the food is outstanding!
This is a clean and well-managed restaurant located on 36th Street in Astoria. It's quite easy to get to via subway, though parking can be a bit of a hassle. The ordering process was a little confusing for me as it was my first visit; I wasn't sure whether to order and pay upfront or settle the bill after the meal. I approached the counter to pay for my food, only to be informed that I should wait and pay after dining. The food was excellent, and the service was prompt. There is also a restroom available. If you're in the area, definitely stop by—it's worth the visit!
I've always heard about liver samosas, but I don't like them because of the smell. However, the chicken polish was excellent, and the dal and bortha were delicious. The shrimp pakora was also great!
