Bidra med feedbackI think they deserve more stars because of all the experience and atmosphere...always, because of the shortage of work, the last time that we went there, we waited over an hour just to get a place. they first told us 25-30min and after 45 minutes I asked again and they said 15 minutes. after we decided to leave and go to olive garden. we felt bad because we invited guests to eat and they waited with us. Even after visiting the olive garden I never got a call or text. So we must not go for a reason that is a scandal because we have a gift voucher. I don't want to give them all the blame, because everywhere the lack of good reliable workers is a problem, but they should really keep it with us and simply have said: listen.the wait is really long because we are short on server. they can wait, but there is no guarantee that they will sit soon.
I give this place a 3 star. this is my favorite place to eat breakfast, but unfortunately, when I was there this morning, I ordered my food and let them just tell me that I love the NEW option on the menu to create their breakfast for $8.99, what a lot! on the other side the service was great until I got my food items, seemed to be forgotten and when I was there, it was not busy at all. the food was impeccable! ahmad is a fabulous cook. the overall reason why I could not give 5 stars, but would be willing to change due to my next visit is due to forgetful service and not very clean toilets I felt as if I had to use the bathroom. but unlike that I would recommend to go for eating only it was very good
Had the cod on Friday, and they give them a lot of fish, but the fish tasted old and had hard pieces in it that do not look like bones. I don't know what it was, and my daughter had a touch that looks more like sunny side up. I had a better quality of eating. the pancakes were good.
We have been frequenting this location for a few years. Over the past few months, each visit has gotten worse and worse. Today's dinner was our last visit. The food was below normal quality and smaller portion sizes, was under- or overcooked and only mostly warm/fresh. The staff was unprofessional beyond what we could believe. They did most everything wrong, from not filling drinks, to bringing the wrong drinks, to calling us pet names throughout, to standing in their uniform talking to guests loudly and responding I'm off duty when I asked if she could get our waitress, to talking in front of guests about how to get more money from customers.
I haven’t eaten there in a year, or so, but noticed a difference in food. Biscuits definitely different and not as flakey,as well as my mashed potatoes were barely warm. Quantity was lacking on my chicken tenderloins and mashed potatoes. Not even as much as my husband’s with his chicken fried steak… Waitress was good and timely with orders and seating was swift… I love browsing in the lobby…..
