Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

WOW, is all I can start this with. I've never eaten at this restaurant chain before, but wow am I glad I finally did. The store attached to the restaurant is super cute, and they sell alot of really rare/unique candy (if you're into that like I am). I ordered the fried chicken and I am oh so happy I did. It was some of the best I've ever had.

Thanksgiving was the first time in a long time my family has gotten together, although we wasnt all there it was very nice to have my two brothers his girlfriend, my nephew and my mother there. we had a good time laughing and talking. the homey cozy surroundings made it comfortable. our server was cheerful and kind especially after my mom sent her back to make a different pot of coffee because it wasnt strong enough, and a few times for other things. Our server was very patient and accommodating. before dinner was quite a wait and was crowded but it was worth it and you got to look at all the nice things in the store.

My daughter and I went on Saturday 13th august to dinner in cracker barrel. we had waited for the table. the waitress came right away. the food didn't take long. the waitress was good, cannot remember her names. but by camein and kitchen, thank you. that was delicious. I had 4 pieces of fried chicken, a little crispy, but good. Carrots and carrots large. nice warmer place to eat. the cashier was a young man, tanner. he was so nice and polite. we talked about the load and the things that were in it. that was jackson, mi, cracker barrel.

I think they deserve more stars because of all the experience and atmosphere...always, because of the shortage of work, the last time that we went there, we waited over an hour just to get a place. they first told us 25-30min and after 45 minutes I asked again and they said 15 minutes. after we decided to leave and go to olive garden. we felt bad because we invited guests to eat and they waited with us. Even after visiting the olive garden I never got a call or text. So we must not go for a reason that is a scandal because we have a gift voucher. I don't want to give them all the blame, because everywhere the lack of good reliable workers is a problem, but they should really keep it with us and simply have said: listen.the wait is really long because we are short on server. they can wait, but there is no guarantee that they will sit soon.
