Taverna Banfi - Ithaca

My sister and I brought our mother to dinner for his birthday. Taylor was our server and was excellent, he was attentive, funny and ensured that we were very well looked after. The food was delicious as usual, and they presented us with a beautiful dessert plate and bubbly to finish our lunch. I recommend Taverna Banfi to everyone.

Great for every day food and special occasions. The best tables are on the window. We love our meals here and the wine list is thoughtful and creative.

It was a beautiful and pleasant environment with light jazz music in the background, just having a conversation where one could hear each other. The server was friendly and smiling.

Taverna Banfi has one of, if not the best weekend brunch buffets in town. The food is well prepared, pleasing to both eye and palate, and plentiful. We’ve been fortunate to have the same waiter last two times, and he is both attentive and entertaining. And the valet staff will park your car for you. Wonderful experience!
