That was my third or fourth time. very friendly staff and the love the ability to get any sandwich as a vegan option where they swoop in sincean or auberginen! eating is really good and was really consistent!

Banh mi pgh sub. all subs can be made vegan with side or aubergine. brot was delicious. very soft. banh mi has a light spicy and imo very sweet. fast easy online order and pick up.

I had her run mi with the house made since then and her auberginal wings, really delicious and super fresh.

You can replace meat with fried eggplant or house setian in any of the sandwiches. The fried eggplant is delicious!

You are able to sub either friend eggplant or their house made seitan on any of the sandwiches. We had the Banh Mi and Szechuan Teriyaki both with seitan, fried pickles, green tea mango coconut limeade. Everything was very fresh and so flavorful! The staff was also very friendly!
