Frankie's Pizza

My recent visit was a mixed experience, offering some positives but also leaving room for improvement. As a local pizzeria, it has the potential to be a great spot, but there are a few areas that could use some enhancement. Tasty Pizza Options: The pizza at Frankie's is generally good. I ordered a classic Pepperoni Pizza and a Veggie Pizza. The crust was nicely baked, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. The sauce had a nice tang to it, and the cheese was melted perfectly. While the taste was satisfying, it didn't particularly stand out as exceptional. Friendly Staff: The service was friendly and attentive. The staff greeted us warmly and took our order promptly. They were helpful in answering questions about the menu and made sure we had everything we needed. The pleasant demeanor of the staff added to the overall dining experience. Casual Atmosphere: The atmosphere is casual and family-friendly. The decor is simple, with a few charming touches that make it a comfortable place to enjoy a meal with friends or family. However, the seating area could be a bit more inviting, as it felt somewhat cramped during peak hours. Room for Improvement: While my experience was generally positive, there are several areas where Frankie's could improve. Firstly, the wait time for our order was longer than expected, even though the restaurant wasn't particularly busy. Faster service would significantly enhance the dining experience. Additionally, the pizza, while tasty, could benefit from a bit more seasoning and creativity in the flavor profiles to make it more memorable. Pricing: The prices are reasonable, but considering the overall experience, it felt a bit on the higher side. Offering more value deals or specials could provide better value for money and attract more customers. Cleanliness: The cleanliness of the restaurant was adequate but could use some improvement. The tables and floors were generally clean, but a bit more attention to detail in maintaining the dining area would go a long way in enhancing the overall experience. In summary, Frankie's offers a decent pizza experience with tasty options and friendly service. However, there is room for improvement in terms of service speed, flavor creativity, and overall cleanliness.

Disappointed they brought back the chicken nuggets, but changed the recipe I have tried them 3 times since and they suck compared to what they use to be. Thier Pizza is decent, love that they have green olives. Also they have awesome homemade ranch dressing.

They got the delivery address wrong at a hotel less than a mile away! When they finally delivered it 1.5 hours later the delivery driver actually asked me why I wasn’t adding a tip! NEVER AGAIN!

This place not only has great tasting pizza but they helped me out not even knowing I had had a bad day!

Food is good, service is terrible. whomever the employee is who answers the phone to help customers with missing items is short spoken ad rude. sadly, i refuse to be treated like a moron for asking about burnt breadsticks. will not be ordering from here again after that call.
