Schlotzsky's - Isleta Pueblo

As I walked out the door my sack ripped. My 2 sandwichs landed on the ground. Your slob employ outside on his cell picked up my pickles. I went in to get a new bag and he was still outside on his cell when I left. No help.

Food is unfortunately bad here. Especially their cinnamon rolls, these taste, incredibly old and unappetizing.Service was pretty good albeit slow.The atmosphere is not that great with a poorly lit outside and shady people around.

We don't have Schlotzskys back in Iowa so I enjoy it on the road. Original was great as also but the young gentleman behind the counter has amazing customer service. So polite and helpful. You should feel fortunate to have such an employee. Thanks for making my night!
