Richie's Diner - Isle of Wight

Richies Diner is a hidden gem on the Isle of Wight. They serve the best breakfast in town and the staff are incredibly friendly and courteous. Kirstie, in particular, stands out as excellent; she is very professional and dedicated to providing superb customer service. Just like Arnie, I will definitely be back to this diner again and again.

We went for lunch as we'd read such great reviews. I went for a BLT sandwich, the cheapest white slice bread, two slices of bacon that managed to be both undercooked and burnt,on the side a dish of Mayo. The beans on toast used the same bread and it was a sloppy mess. Mug of coffee and a tea cost £13.40. Won't return.

We had a fantastic breakfast at the restaurant today. The restaurant is nice, with delicious food and excellent service. We would highly recommend this lovely place.

Absolutely superb! Best breakfast on the island! Been twice in 3 days it was that good. Lovely atmosphere and clean as a whistle too.

I have been meaning to come here for a long time and finally got the chance to with some work friends who can’t recommend it enough and I can see why. A typical “greasy spoon” breakfast but nothing greasy about it. The “bloater” breakfast is super good, served with a tea in a sports direct mug. If you had one of those you know how large they are, if you spilt your drink you’d probably cause a flood. Some thick slices of bread to mop up everything. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Will be coming back 100%!
