Waitrose Cafe - Isle of Anglesey

The cafe was charming, but unfortunately, the experience was soured by the dreadful state of the toilets. When I brought this up to a staff member, they were extremely dismissive and uninterested. We will not be returning. Overall, very disappointed with our visit.

Today, my visit to this establishment was incredibly disappointing. It did not meet the expected standard of Waitrose in any way. The exterior was dirty, the cafe was lackluster with uncomfortable and unclean seats, and the food options were subpar. The restroom facilities were not well-maintained, making them unusable. Overall, this store was a major letdown and did not live up to the reputation of Waitrose from a customer's point of view. I will not be returning and would rather make the trip to the Boughton store near Chester.

This restaurant desperately needs to be refreshed and brought up to a Waitrose standard. The communal toilets are in terrible condition.

Great for coffee and cakes while shopping but also a good selection of hot and cold dishes for lunch

Always enjoy our visits to the Waitrose Cafe. Lovely selection of Pastries and Cakes. Particularly enjoy the Cherry and Chocolate Chip Scones. Although the Toasted Tea Cake is also a firm favourite. The Partners behind the Counter are always welcoming and know exactly what their regulars will be having.
