Subway - ISLAMORADA

The process of ordering became frustrating when it seemed like the employees were rushed. If they can't handle a simple sandwich order in a timely manner, it reflects poorly on the management and staffing levels. I live just a few minutes away from this Subway, and all I wanted was my sub prepared correctly. I specifically asked for the peppers to be fully cooked, as they typically are on a pizza. I found it rude to feel like I had to oversee the making of my sandwich. Usually, the very nice African American lady who works there gets my order right every time. But it wasn’t her fault that Mario was working alone while everyone else was on vacation. The staff situation appears to be an issue that needs addressing, especially during busy times. I’m not particularly picky—if I wanted to make my own sandwich at home, I would have. In the end, I had to reconstruct my toasted sub and boil the peppers myself. I don’t often leave reviews, but I was so disappointed that I felt compelled to share my experience. The regular sandwiches I order usually come out spicy and well-made, but not this time. It was nothing like I expected. To make matters worse, I noticed a roach crawling around the tables, which is definitely something that needs to be addressed. Based on this experience, I’m reconsidering whether I’ll eat at any Subway again. The quality of service and food preparation, especially during a holiday weekend, was disappointing.

The service was quick, and while parking is a bit tight, there is enough space for disabled vehicles. The staff was friendly.

I'm not sure who worked exactly when I came in, but there must be a serious disorder. the woman who works on the front looked like she would rather do something else and did so. before me was a family that was not running in English, but she treated her like any other, with the most rude demeanor I saw coming out of someone in food service because she probably had no reason. she carried this into my order, with an ensemble of half commanded screamed seemingly as loud as humanly possible. ok, so the service is terrible, but she then goes back to the back, while my sandwich is cooking and lets the ones take off about 30 seconds before the. I am aware that the ovens only heat the sandwich and do not cook it, but it was left so long that it turns into this charred, broken chaos. would definitely not recommend this place if this one cooperates.

The lady was so pleasant and was all alone! I wish I could remember her names, but she was so polite, patient and let them all know that she was right with them, although she only did all steps for each customer. they have to hire more people like them who care to serve their customers (unfortunately this is a lost art at many food places), but not here.

The customer service was exceptional. Despite the store being busy and the lady managing everything on her own, she maintained a positive attitude and ensured that every customer was satisfied.
