Square Grouper Islamorada

Square grouper is a must when visiting Islamorada. We sat at the bar and had the best dirty martini, old fashion and espresso martini made by bartender Mike. The food was delicious as always. Mike was friendly and attentive. He told us about the “bar” upstairs called Sunset Lounge and we felt we had to try it. It was just as amazing. Anytime we are in Islamorada you can find us as Square Grouper.

The food is fresh and phenomenal! It’s so good we went back on our short trip! Highly recommend the daily specials with the catch of the day. Perfectly prepared and great portion. Most food in the keys is a little pricey but worth it when it’s fresh and delicious, like at Square Grouper.

It's my favorite restaurant to visit in the Florida Keys. We found this treasure while on our honeymoon last year and we were so excited to go back for our anniversary! The absolute best fresh seafood and superb customer service! Everything we've tried here is delicious!

The food in this restaurant is consistently great. The service and staff are friendly and attentive. They have indoor and outdoor seating as well as bar seating but get there early. The average wait times can be over an hour to two hours because they do not take reservations. You can always go upstairs to the lounge on the third floor with beautiful bay views, delicious tapas and some of the best bartenders in the keys. They make specialty craft cocktails that are delicious. Look for Chris and James the bar. The staff is incredibly friendly as well and very attentive. Indoor and outdoor seating. Free parking Some advice: post online and let people know you stop seating at 9pm or 230pm for lunch. It’s only fair to people so they know what to expect

By far the best restaurant on Islamorada. Main dining downstairs has full a course diner menu with hi quality food in a stylish atmosphere. The real gem here is the sunset lounge upstairs . Novel tapas style dishes with a great view. Definitely more than what you pay for!
