Wing Town - Irving

Chicken was dry. Fries were cold. I got it to go, but the food only traveled about 45 seconds to my destination, so it was their prep that was lacking. Also, at $12 and change for 4 pieces, fries and a drink, that is too expensive, and unforgivableconsidering the state of the food. The only reason I didn't give it one star is that the employees were pleasant.

I ordered food thru Grubhub. Placed order for 6 piece wings and an order of fried mushrooms. Instead of putting them in two different containers they put them in one large container and divided it with foil. The wings had a lot of juice and of courseit over flowed on the the mushrooms. I took the container out of the bag and the grease got all over my desk. Update: 1/29/2019My original order was placed on Friday and that?s when I wrote my review and gave them only 1 star. The owner at Wing Towncontacted me and wanted to replace my order. He apologized for my previous order. Today I received my order and it is great. My items came In different containers, no grease got on my desk. It taste great, the owner didn?t ask for me to update myreview but I really appreciate his effort into making my experience at Wing Town great. thank you

We asked about their hours, and they explained that they sometimes close early depending on the traffic. If the restaurant is slow, they typically close sooner, but it seems they have been getting busier recently and hope to have more consistent hours moving forward. Since our food would take about 30 minutes, we spent some time in their game area near the cashier and played Uno, which we really enjoyed! When our food arrived, they let us continue playing until they were about to close. Before we left, we checked our bag and found they had included an order of corn fritters and an extra wing as a surprise! It was a wonderful treat! We thanked the staff before heading out, feeling really happy. My mom did notice that the wings were smaller than she remembered, but overall, they tasted great. It’s definitely a place worth visiting!

The food was delicious and ready for us when we arrived to pick it up. There was a small mistake with the sauce we had chosen, but overall the flavors were great, even though the wing pieces were a bit small.

Thursday was my first and last time ordering from here! I ordered the 6-piece lemon pepper wings, which are supposed to be a dry rub, but I received 6 wings that were soaked in lemon pepper oil instead. I decided to give one a try, and it was terrible! I wasted my money, gas, time, and taste buds!
