Wendy's - Irving

So it's not the managers fault, but man. $0.01 Jr Bacon cheeseburger day was the worst day to have all new staff under training. The restaurant was closed on the inside, which the app doesn't tell you. So then my paid for order is inside and I wait in line for more than 20 min to pick up my lunch and a coworkers lunch.The manager kindly explained at the window and I get it, but hell. Just close for the day and train. Because after all of the waiting, despite the food being fresh. It was incorrect and missing an item. No way was I going back in that line. Nope.Just next time, close the dang restaurant if you can't handle the people.

Don’t waste your time coming here. They willLiterally make you wait 20 minutes for a line 4 cars. This is one of the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been too. Just a complete waste of time and money coming here. Can’t believe this place even has 3 stars.

It says open til midnight. I rolled up about 11. I pulled up to the drive thru and sat at the speaker til I got tired of waiting. I pulled up to the window and everyone was in there fooling around then the dude told me they're closed. I ended up going to jack in the

Why is the doors always closed with NO CARS IN THE DRIVE THRU!!! On top of it this is daily activity from them and just looking at you without any customers.

This establishment is extremely slow. I have visited three times and each time the service has been exceptionally slow. Despite not being busy, they still seem to be very slow. It's unbelievable. I have informed my daughter that we will not be returning to this restaurant.
