The Pub At Utd - Irving

The Fritten are better than last semester friars. I personally like the pub burger with cheese on it. They usually seem overloaded and underloaded. Overall, although the food is good for me and they are good Starbucks drinks and even 2 desert options (Churros and a Red Velvet cake.)

The food was decent, but if you're ordering a meal using your meal exchange, get ready to wait a while because while I was here, I was waiting for over 30 minutes for my meal to get called. It seemed as if they prioritized people who paid actual money instead of putting everyone on the same balance. Other than that the place is pretty nice, but I don't see myself going too often since it'll be a longer wait since I'll use meal exchange.

Food is surprisingly good, but the fact it only serves alcohol between 4 to 6 is pretty unimpressive. Might as well just go Northside at that point.

Love the environment but the food lack a sense of quality and standard. Sometimes you get food that was cooked right. But almost every time I have been there the burgers are overcooked and the fries are normally hard. As for the price, it would be fair if the food was decent. But for small dry overcooked burgers and terrible french fries it is overpriced. I also tried the grilled cheese and was not impressed and the nachos did not have enough chips that also seemed over cooked. It is also a pain to find condiments other then ketchup. tips to the establishment: find a better cook who has a respect for the art of cooking and put out a variety of condiments or at least notify us at the register that we could ask for them on the side. Other things you should know: They do not have free refills for obvious reasons. It is a pub at a university the free refills would be abused to the point that it hurts the business. Also It is normally packed during the prime hours of the school and they do sell beer at a later time.
