This is by far the worst McDonald 's I 've ever been to. Last fall, the local library purchased free ice cream cone coupons from this location. When we attempted to redeem them BEFORE the stated expiration we were told they were expired. We told them this, and they then told us the machine was broken . So we went to Burger King instead. On multiple other occasions we have returned to try and buy ice cream. The machine was always broken or they were out . The last time we went, we used the drive thru. We get home to discover missing items, like condiments and nuggets. I went back and they gave me what was forgotten, but at that point we decided this location is not worth the struggle. We have been to the Fredonia location at least as many times and we have never had a problem there, always got the right food the first time, even if we had to wait a few extra minutes.
