Nordstrom Ebar Artisan Coffee - Irvine

The location of this Ebar is fantastic. However, aside from that, it’s just like any other Ebar, with not much focus on fulfilling orders accurately. It's a good idea to double-check your order before you leave. Wheelchair accessibility: Located on the ground floor of the Irvine Spectrum shopping center.

The café has a nice ambiance and offers great drinks, but it gets quite crowded. While there seems to be a lot of staff on duty, none of them were cleaning tables, assisting customers, managing the long line, or greeting new arrivals. It felt like the overall atmosphere was one of discontent among the employees. On the plus side, their iced tea, coffee drinks, and snacks are fantastic—truly top-notch products. However, the downsides included unfriendly service, a lack of warmth from the baristas, and dirty, cluttered tables due to insufficient management. It’s possible that I just encountered a staff member on a bad day, especially since other reviews highlight positive experiences with service and friendliness. Overall, it’s a good spot for a drink, and I plan to return for another visit.

The restaurant is fantastic! The staff is very efficient. While the food options are somewhat limited, the coffee is excellent.

Wow their coffee is amazing. A bit noisy inside for sit down but a fan of their espresso (including decaf) hands down!

I ordered a latte yesterday, it was so sweet I was not able to drink it without making some changes to the drink after I got home. I usually go Peet's Coffee, and I believe Peet's coffee's taste is better than Starbucks and Nordstorm Ebar!
