El Pollo Loco - Irvine

The chicken burrito was a joke. There's no chicken, it's all beans. They give you like three chips, it's like a kid's meal. They've doubled their prices and halved the portions. Have they no shame?

Every time we come here and pick up an online order, we are missing an item. It?s my fault for not checking before I go home. It?s happened 3 times. Each time they?ve offered some kind of compensation. But today they were just plain rude about it. Theyeven snickered to each other about how they knew the item was missing. When they gave me the item, it had the tiniest amount ofdried chicken bits on it.

This location has good food. Me and my husband really like pollo loco and have ordered 3 times in the last 2 weeks from this location. One a mobile order and two drive thru. In our mobile order we asked for salsas and specified the quantity. We pickedup the order and asked if all the salsas were there because it seemed like there was only dressing for the salad. They saideverything was in the bag without checking and we left. The salsas weren?t there and the food was less enjoyable without thesalsas it?s kind of bland. Today we give a third chance even though they haven?t gotten our order right in a while. We trieddrive through and ordered some chicken tortilla soup. They gave the salsas and my husband asked where the tortilla strips forthe soup were. They said ?everything is in the bag.? We get home and there?s just salsa and no toppings. Not bad food by anymeans but it?s annoying because this is pricier fast food and they always act like this at this location.

They have no shame. They've raised prices a lot. At the same time reduced the portions. Some reduced to half like tostada salad. No shame at all. Cook your own food people.

The best time to travel through the for a young tired executive. I usually arrive after 7 o'clock or before 7:30 o'clock. the adoration on the car by never getting my order wrong and the blue or green eye always checks the bag before he gives it to me. his in the regular three youngs on the running gear through day-teaming and get these entries fast! I love it being important for someone to check my bag. if I have to leave all the time commentary to make sure that these youngs get good feedback and kudos from their managers then get what I will do. I don't want anyone working for me anymore. after 10-12 hours away from the house some days and tired eyes it means a lot for the best customer service, fast and accurate.
