Champion Food Co - Irvine

For the past decade, this has been my go-to spot for boba. They serve the best handmade dumplings and bao in Irvine. I really enjoy supporting this small business, and the couple who owns it are incredibly kind. You definitely need to give it a try!

They also offer frozen potstickers, which I'm excited to purchase for easy lunches at home. There appear to be various types of mochi and other buns available, although most of their dumplings are filled with either pork or vegetarian ingredients. I would love to see some shrimp or chicken dumplings added to the menu, especially if they could make them available during lunch hours to pair with the boba. As for the service, it was incredibly helpful, friendly, and sweet. The atmosphere is best suited for takeout.

This restaurant has a wide selection of snacks. However, I want to mention that while they serve shaved ice, what I got was more like finely crushed ice instead. I learned that this is because of the type of machine they use.

Delicious boba milk tea for a great price and delicious dumplings that you can buy a bag to make from frozen! Highly recommend !

Feel sad to purchase the dumpling in this store and discarded the whole bag into trash can. The skin is decaying after boiling.
