I didn't place an order myself, but my girlfriend brought some food home for me to try. She got the Tri-Tip on a soft roll with cheddar cheese. The meat was perfectly smoky and tender, without being overly fall-apart, and there was a fantastic BBQ sauce served on the side. I also had the Smoky Stack, which featured pulled pork packed with flavor and a nice smoky taste, accompanied by more of that delicious BBQ sauce. I would definitely go back for more!
