Sonic Drive-in - Irondequoit

I visited this store tonight with my family. Their lobby is locked permanently. Their stalls go unanswered (though no signs state they 're closed) and they only take orders through drive thru. They also told me they have no drinks available. None. We had placed our order online via your app, planning to eat at a stall and because none of them worked, had to go thru the drivethru to pick up. Upon letting the drivethru person know, he told me they didn 't have the order and that they have nothing to do with the app, it 's a third party app and to ask the app for a refund. We are saving to buy a house so we have a small eating out budget. This was that budget for this month. They wanted me to order and pay again, and then request the app refund me for the first order. I didn 't have money on me to order again, at sonic or anywhere else and we were 40 minutes from our house. They were very rude and dismissive. I then called for a refund and after 40 minutes on the phone I received an apology and was told she couldn 't refund me because it was over $50 so she had to give it to her supervisor who would email me and let me know if I could have a refund. Is this store run by feral toddlers?

Rudest fucking service ever....after being rushed when I first pulled up to the menu (the first one was broken with NO out of order sign... one of your employees was smoking at the door right next to the window where you get your food...then had to pull up to the window deal with the little rude bitch who was rushing to take the order....this location looks ragged....your staff acts just as ragged, I hope this location CLOSES soon, I will drive the extra miles to the Henrietta location were the staff is way more pleasant.....so FUCK YOU ALL WHO WERE THERE TODAY on this lovely Mother's Day

It was just really bad service food was worse please save your money and go somewhere else.

The worst meal ever. The tater tots left a horrible after taste in my mouth. The meal took over 15 minutes to get in the drive-thru. I'll never go back there I had to throw it out it was so bad

I drive for Door Dash and I Have NEVER had a successful pick up from this location. They always say they never get the order. Most of the property is damaged and they only have 1 worker at a time. This location should not even be opened.
