Sonic Drive-in - Irondequoit

Im kinda concerned because no one ever answer the phone what so ever .. i did an application and have been trying to get in contact with someone but it has been impossible... so unprofessional,slow and or most of the time their open but no one is getting serve.. just bad for business needs to be shit down for good since they don't even take orders

The shake was pretty good, however the burger was disappointing. I ordered off Grubhub because I didn't feel like going out. First of all, I had to put cheese on my cheese tots. It's like they literally put a half inch of cheese on top to make it look like cheese. The burger was all wrong. I ordered the Sonic cheeseburger and was delivered a sandwich with bacon on it. The last time I checked, bacon doesn't come on that sandwich. It was awful. Never ordering there again!

The ice cream had my stomach in knots and it wasn't that good tasted like chalk As far as the service was ok and the ambiance is mediocre

Rudest fucking service ever....after being rushed when I first pulled up to the menu (the first one was broken with NO out of order sign... one of your employees was smoking at the door right next to the window where you get your food...then had to pull up to the window deal with the little rude bitch who was rushing to take the order....this location looks ragged....your staff acts just as ragged, I hope this location CLOSES soon, I will drive the extra miles to the Henrietta location were the staff is way more pleasant.....so FUCK YOU ALL WHO WERE THERE TODAY on this lovely Mother's Day

I always enjoy Sonic food and have visited many in different cities and have never had the issues I have had from this one Drive-in. If I could give this a Zero, I would! I have been to this fast food establishment several times since it is the only one in our area, and each time they were either out of what I wanted to order (no cheese for a burger, no onion rings, or cheddar jalapeño peppers) or even being the only car in line it took way longer than you should expect to get your order. I called the corporate office and stated my issues and told them I would never visit this one again.
