Everything was good I was dinning in eating my food and went to order cookies I was told it?s 9:00 pm dinning room is closed we can?t place the order. That is very bad customer service. I?d give it 1 star butfood was good customer service needs to be better. It supposed to be it?s my pleasure not I?m not or can?t take your order. Willnot come back to this location
I?ve been going to this location since they opened and always had an excellent experience?until recently. The traffic situation is not only ridiculous but dangerous. Cars backed up onto an extremely busy road which has caused accidents and will surelycause more. This location is way too busy for the small lot that it sits on. There has to be a way to fix this situation. Onto the lack of service. I haven?t seen a smiling face or ?it?s my pleasure? from an employee in a long time. A large part ofthe reason why I go to CFA is for the great customer service. I guess that disappeared during the pandemic. All that?s left iseither soggy or cold fries, not enough ice in warm tea, orders that are wrong or never received and unfriendly employees. Hopethey get their act together soon.
It is now a tradition everytime I visit the USA to have chick fil a as my first meal and it never disappoints. This was my first time at this one and it was great both food and service and would visit again.
Service was quick, and efficient. Food was served correctly. They were slammed but doing a great job of processing orders well. The parking lot was a mess, and the bathroom wasn?t the cleanest.
It pains me to give this review, because we live Chick-fil-A. I 've never been to this location before, and sadly just a bit disappointed in it. I do want to say, the staff was amazing. One employee in particular really stuck out. Susan, and Ibelieve she said she was one of the catering assistant managers. She was wonderful. Very friendly, and wonderful demeanor. She even wound up taking her break behind us, and when my son told me he didn 't get his kid 's meal prize, she took care of it. Just so wonderful Chicken sandwich was hot! Loved it! My son loves his too. Here 's a few small problems. Nothing thatwouldn 't make us return, but not to the Chick-fil-A standards we 're used to at other locations. 1. There was no "order here "sign, so we waited at pickup for a few minutes before a customer pointed it out. 2. The waffle fries. Usually great, butthis time they were barely warm. And mine was mostly broken pieces of potato. A little disappointed in that. 3. It 's truly ahard location to get into. We didn 't wait that long, but it took a few minutes to get out of the intersection and roadway, topark and enter the dining area. 4. Condiments are given by the staff. I don 't like that feature, because we didn 't realizethis until after our food and drink was brought to the table. All and all, ??? stars for this location, but another star forthe staff. Four stars total. We 'll most likely return, but next time I 'll know what to expect better.
