Usually we don't go to tourist restaurants, but this place just looked too inviting, and I'm really glad we decided to stop here. The El Gran Yacare is located next to the port for the city of Padrecocha, and a convenient place to eat if you want to visit the Pilpintuwasi butterfly farm during Iquitos. Not only is the location great to be a floating restaurant on the river, but they also offer transportation to and from the Nanay port in Iquitos, swimming out the deck and if all this was not enough, they have fishing sticks that you can borrow and fishing right there from your table. In addition, the fact that the food was excellent and it is a great place to eat and relax for a while.

El entorno es muy bonito al ser un restaurante flotante y la atención es muy buena. Comimos lagarto a la patarashka muy rico. Buen lugar para visitar!
