Boat Noodle (ipoh Parade)

Tried Boat Noodle just to see what the hype was all about. I started off by ordering 2 bowls Ayutthaya and the dry tom yam noodles. The Ayutthaya was okay, it tasted like a blend of warming herbs. The dry tom yam was very delicious. I ordered 3 more bowls, including the dry tom yam one. The other 2 were the non spicy noodles. The one with the crispy chicken skin was delicious as well, while the noodles with the meatball was okay. Next time I come here I will be ordering the dry tom yam noodles and the one with crispy chicken skin. As for the drink, I tried their butterfly pea juice. At first it was really sweet, but after a while it got watered down by ice and it tasted really nice. I also ordered the spicy grilled chicken. The sauce was tasty it had a combination of hot, sweet and tangy flavours. The chicken was well seasoned but personally I think there are better grilled chicken out there.

Clean floors, good arrangement of tables, not too congested. Staffs are not that friendly, but helpful and just doing their jobs effectively. Gap between orders is about 8-12 minutes. Please try the dry tom yam noodle! Sooo delicious!

Greetings to all , we came for dinner at ipoh parade branch on 27 10 20 , around 8.30pm . Service was commendable because 2 waitresses were very helpful to us newbie 1st timer with boat noodle thai restaurant from the start until the end . We claimed a shopee promotion , gotten 30 bowls of mix varities for us only 2 adults to eat we enjoyed the foods , so consider us as satisfied customers . Some reviews stated it takes too long to served. It was actually true. I waited 30 minutes for 4 bowls of very small portion of noodles. I'm aware of the portion so I ordered it in advance. Don't even think to repeat order, it might take hours to served. The Flame Grilled Ayam Legend was really good! Tender, juicy and the sauce were spot on. There are 5 types of noodles, each has different taste and you really need to try it all to know the differences.

Noodle served in cold Pad krapow so salty I’ve been to so many boat noodle outlet, so far this one is the worst of the worst. P/s: The staff is friendly.
