Bidra med feedbackThe server taking our order was sweet , patient and kind. The area where the lids, cups ice etc .. not so clean. There was one little girl cleaning tables and other things. A man we assume being the manager, had someone bring her out the mop bucket, but failed to give her a wet floor sign, which she asked someone to get her one , she didn't want anyone to slip on it. The man manager) only was barking orders and not taking care of even his employees. Any of the other times we've gone here it's been great service.
A modern-design store; it looks great, workers are friendly, service is quick enough, and the food is consistently good, as always. Much better than some locations I have been to in the past (it puts any Wendy's in the New Orleans area to shame! .Note: the drive thru is set up such that you can't leave it once you're in line. Concrete barrier prevents this.Parking: Good parking lotWheelchair accessibility: HC- accessible spaces and plenty of room along with a good ramp
The food i ordered was hot and fresh and the peppermint frosty was the best.
The workers are slow and insolent... I waited inside over 30 minutes while they focused on the drive thru....
There was a lot of liquid on the floor...I told them, and no one ever came to clean it up, so I moved the caution sign right over it so no one would slip and fall. The whole time I was there, no one ever cleaned up the spill...not to mention flies were all over the place.
