Subway - Ipanema (pontal do Paraná

Very dissatisfied with the subpar sub I received. I asked for it to be toasted, the only thing toasted was the paper that the toasted. Asked for everything but jalapeno, missing half the ingredients. I will not be going back to this location. Staff are decent, but they just don't understand how to make a sandwich. Subway used to be the BOMB but now I can see why so many are closing up shop. So disappointing. I would NOT recommend this location (this isn't the first time they messed up), you'd be better off driving to another location or better yet just skip Subway.

If you speak English and want to be understood DO NOT go to this location, I will never visit this location again, funny thing is when I passed a customer on the way in he said to me Good Luck .....now I know why

The staff was very courteous, and helpful. Facility was clean and the food was fresh.

Don’t take this review the wrong way. The food is always good and fresh. However, the older woman who works there past 2 p.m. is rude. I thought the first time I came I just caught her on a bad day. However this is now routine. Upon walking in she sighs deeply and rolls her eyes as if you are an inconvenience to her. She then continues sighing and looks angry that you even came. Part of the take out food experience is feeling welcome. If you are not customer experience friendly then why continue in the job? I do not feel welcome here and this will be my last visit.

Ordered my food online. It was ready at the noted time and no other issues.
