Chipotle Mexican Grill

Every time I order online pickup they jip me on burrito/bowl size, even if you ask for extra rice. They give me a good size portion when ordering at the store but I don’t like the sneakiness from Chipotle. Have had this happen at other locations as well, I guess I’ll stop using the app and ordering online.

One of the few places open until 11 PM in the area! I went there around 10:30 at night and the staff was so nice and helpful. I ordered a burrito bowl and it was amazing!

Their new hours are a joke. Went in at 9:30pm and they were already closing up the store. Half their items were out and ended up not getting anything. Just close at 9pm and be done with it.

The worst customer service experience. Ordered through doordash. They sent me a notification my order was ready. Arrived and along with 4 other people, they did not have our orders ready. Even though they said they were ready. Tried to make my order for 3 hard tacos. They took a large tortilla for a burrito and tore it in to pieces to make soft tacos with just a few of the ingredients and tried to hand me that as my order. This Chipotle is always a mess. I will never ever go there again. There's always some issue everytime I go there.

Not great at timely order completion for carry out, maybe understaffed but still Chipotle, still satisfied over all
