Casey's - Iowa City

I ordered a pizza for pickup before work and placed my order early for a specific time. I arrived 15 minutes after that time and was told my pizza would be ready in 6 minutes. By the time I finally left, I was 5 minutes late for work and didn’t even have time to eat beforehand. #disappointed

I wouldn’t recommend getting gas here since I heard they had water in the tanks in the past, and I don’t order pizza either because I don’t live nearby. However, the customer service has always been excellent! The two cashiers I interacted with tonight were incredibly sweet and helpful. They promoted their new products without being pushy about it. Overall, it’s a decent little Casey’s!

I've encountered the same issue again—no gas available. It seems like there's a problem with management at this location. This is the fourth time I’ve visited and they've run out of gas. Other gas stations in town, including other Casey's locations, don't seem to have this recurring problem.

9/10 times the gas pumps don't work here. Save yourself the time and go to the Kum and Go a few miles away. You're a gas station, figure it out
