Afternoon Tea At Palace - Inverness

Il honestly, it was one of the worst meal I've ever had. the service was terrible, eating was ok, just thrown into the plate and drinks lasted 30 minutes. the two should never have been left alone, they did not know what they did. not jnowchow to make drinks etc. I rarely complain, I am just satisfied, but that was a terrible experience in the whole round

First visit in years. Loved the refurbished look. Food and service were excellent. Will most definitely return.

We had a table booked for 5.30 and arrived at 5.30 on the dot we felt we were not expected as our table was not ready and we had to wait in a corridor, then we were shown to a table that was not set right next to the bar with all the noise from clinking glasses and staff backwards and forwards. We had to wait about 10mins for our drinks order to be taken,we placed our food order 2 for fish and chips and 1 for scampi and chips, the food arrived the fish and scampi were fine but the chips were undercooked .The brasserie was not that busy most people were just drinking,i don't think we will be back again.

The food was delicious and the service was lovely. We would highly recommend dining here.
