Da Vincis Pizzeria - Invercargill

Love pizza but only for the first time after living here tried for years. I thought the cajun was fab. sauce is a bit sweet, but really food value for money if they want beautiful pizza. inly megative is hard to get on the phone when busy, better stop to order that can suck.

I started coming here over 10 years ago when Pizza Hut closed down their restaurant on Dee street, the simple reason why is because Davinci's still had an all you can eat buffet. Really disappointed to see the buffet gone my understanding was Covid was the original reason but I can see the buffet table is gone so obviously no plans to bring this back ever. Also this weekend we turned up just before 7pm and asked to dine in to be told it was too late to dine in. So instead we ordered takeaway pizzas and was told it would be a 25 minute wait, the wait was more like 45 minutes. I will give this place a better review once we can dine in at later times, the buffet back and the wait times are shorter.

I ordered a pizza and a drink tonight, simple enough right? I explicitly said a lemon lime and bitters but when it turned up I was greeted with a yellow mango drink instead! I don't know how people mess simple things like this up absolutely disgraceful that this happens. It was even marked on the sheet that came with my pizza as lemon lime and bitters.

Da Vinci would roll over in his grave, if he would ever know this place is named after him. Da Vinci wasn't a pizza maker, and neither are these guys... Can't say the pizza was bad, because it had absolutely zero taste, felt like eating the cardboard box instead, would have probably be more tasty. If the USA would find out about their chips, they would probably invade the place to extract the oil, that's how saturated the chips where. The staff looks like they where dead inside, and didn't want to be there. But that's fair if you sell this excuse for a pizza. Rated 1 star for the nice sterile Dettol smell while eating

Went last night to havr pizza was really looking forward to it as last time we went it was awesome . This time awful . Pizza i had was seafood itwas tough,tastless and i only ate one wedge . . Tastless meaning couldnt taste seafood too many additives like sauces. No coleslaw menu needs re doing . Service fine . Husband had apricot chicken and he enjoys his food ,he said tastless and all he coukd tastewas sauce . So restassurred we will NEVER NEVER return . Yes the girls were busy but we were very dis gruntled and both said never agsin
