Bidra med feedbackThe food is left in the warmers for too long, causing it to dry out. The fries are pre-fried and then fried again when you place your order. The Fillet O Fish has become an overcooked, tough piece of leather; it used to be my favorite sandwich. It's no longer made with cod, but instead, it's a thin piece of pollock. They've raised their prices, yet the quality of the food has declined. It's really disappointing.
Service was terrible! The management is completely disorganized and seems unable to get things together. Employees have not received proper training. The wait times are absolutely ridiculous.
I've lived here in this area for 5 years and have never had a good meal at this restaurant. On top of that, the management and staff are rude and seem to dislike their jobs. If it weren't for customers, they wouldn't have jobs in the first place. If they're not happy, they should consider making a change.

I've lived here in the Falls for five years and have yet to have a good meal. To make matters worse, the management and supervisors are rude and seem to dislike their jobs. It’s bewildering because without customers, they wouldn't have a job in the first place, and they chose this career path. If they don't enjoy it, they should consider finding something else that suits them better.
