With 5 people behind the counter, only 1 taking orders and a very long line, 3 were standing around not doing anything, and 1 was playing with the swatting end of a fly swatter right next to all of the ice cream toppings and blizzard ingredients. I did not stay to see if he washed his hands. Service hours are spotty and some times drive through only. It is extremely rare to be able to sit in the atrium. I hope things make a change for the better soon. Service: Take out

They said they were too short staffed to have indoor seating to eat our foodbut there were 7 people working! Go figure we ate outside. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

I can't stay quiet about how incredibly rude these workers are.. I have a psychiatric service dog, perfectly groomed, perfectly behaved. I don't even dine in. I pick up mobile orders and sometimes when I have to I make an order at the counter when the app isn't working properly. They look at me and treat me like I'm disgusting or something. This past time before asking me if he was a service dog they told me I couldn't be in there and that they just weren't going to take my order.. in the rudest way. They did after I told them but she didn't seem happy about it. I felt pretty embarrassed in front of several customers and decided to wait outside for my order. I just picked up an order again and a worker ran to the door with my food and told me not to come in. Didn't even get a chance to ask for ketchup like I intended. there is no reason for this behavior. I am extremely polite. I don't cause any kind of inconvenience to anybody! The workers are just a bunch of stuck up little brats..
