Pizzahut Innaloo took money from our account for order they supposedly never received, this is stealing in my opinion. Story: Placed an online order, money went pending in bank account, an hour passed without delivery, rang the shop and was told they never received the order. I was advised money WOULD NOT leave my account as order was not received. Guess what? Money was taken, when we rang up they admitted to remembering talking to me on the night of missing order, but told us to come to the shop and prove they had charged our account. My husband went in, had bank account transactions to show, got told we 'd get a refund. Week passed, no refund, rang Pizzahut Innaloo again, got told this was with head office, rang head office who said they haven 't got our money and told us to talk to our bank. Dispute with bank has now been lodged awaiting outcome. Pizzahut Innaloo has given us the run-around trying to get back the money that was never supposed to be taken in the first place!!! Appalling customer service.
