Bidra med feedbackI visited this restaurant for the first time with a friend after a trip, and unfortunately, I won't be coming back. The staff appeared uninterested and unprofessional. We waited 20 minutes for our food, and when we kindly asked for an update, their response was lackluster. When our order finally arrived, it was incorrect. Upon requesting a correction, the employees seemed annoyed and continued to chat amongst themselves right in front of us. The manager didn’t seem to notice the situation at all. While the tacos were decent, the overall experience with the service left much to be desired.
I wish I could give this restaurant zero stars for its customer service. Many of us from the office come to this Taco Bell every week, but I’m frustrated by the long wait times just to place an order, especially during my one-hour lunch break. Moreover, when I reach the window, I find it unhelpful to be asked by a young staff member if I want to come inside. If I had wanted to dine in, I would have chosen to do so before waiting twenty minutes in the drive-thru line. People opt for the drive-thru for its convenience and speedy service. Lastly, it's unacceptable to have the drive-thru window closed with no one taking orders. This restaurant has lost our business, and we will be taking our money elsewhere.
The service was very poor, and I cannot recommend this place. The portions were extremely small, and the staff were rude and unfriendly.
I've visited this Taco Bell numerous times, and my orders are usually incorrect. However, I'll focus on my latest experience. When I walked in, the place was empty, with just one or two cars in the drive-thru. It took a moment for the staff to acknowledge my presence. When one of the employees finally did, she instructed me to use the kiosk instead of taking my order directly. After that, she turned to the drive-thru window and didn’t do anything until a customer arrived a few minutes later. A few minutes after me, another customer came in, and the staff chose to take his order at the counter instead of mine. They only made one mistake with my order: I requested no sour cream on the siesta potatoes, but it came anyway. While it was a minor error compared to previous visits, the rest of the experience was decent, and I did notice that the lobby was very clean.
I don't recall ever experiencing such fast service at a Taco Bell! They were fantastic! The customer service was exceptional! A big thank you to the lady with the pink nails and the person who prepared the food. I really appreciate it!
