Wingstop - Ingalls Park

I ordered the group meal on 3-12-2022, I added that my order be fried hard and we were able to pick 4 flavors, I checked my order before left the restaurant and noticed that I did not get my 4 bleu cheeses, when I told the gentlemen at the register he apparently didn't believe us and asked to see the bag to confirm the missing bleu cheeses are you serious as I went us to the counter and pulled out everything in the bag in front of his face, another employee noticed what I was doing so I told him that we hadn't received the 4 bleu cheese he immediately gave them to me. What ever happen to the customer is always right. You would have thought I was missing some chicken. Believe people when they tell you that they didn't receive the condiments.

Extremely rude guy with bleached blonde hair working at counter. Was in there at 10pm on 1/28/22, greeted immediately by this man with attitude told him that his behavior was rude and he shrugged it off as other employees stood around laughing and watching. food was just meh. I agree with other reviews to say give your money to a place that actually wants your business. We won't ever be back.

Next Stop, Wingstop The first time I had wing stop I was on my game with my friends and searching through DoorDash because I was starving but had nothing at home to eat. I had a taste for wings but the places I get wings from are overpriced and not that good. That 's when one of my friends told me I should order Wingstop. He assured me I was going to like it but I was still skeptical. After going back and forth I finally decided to order something and I told my friend If I don 't like this I 'm going to smack you the next time I see you . I decided to get the meal for 2 combo. It included 15 wings in any flavor, a large drink, and their seasoned fries. I was surprised to see so much food that cost only 25 dollars compared to the other places I use to get my wings. When my food finally arrived I was excited to eat. After taking my first bite of the wings I instantly fell in love. The fries were better than I would ever expect. I was sure to be making another visit to Wingstop. One strength of eating at Wingstop opposed to any other places is that your food is always made to order. Another strength of eating Wingstop is you have a lot of options of different flavors you can choose from. You can pick between 11 different flavors 8 being a wet type of sauce and 3 being a dry rub. There are also different flavors for their fries. Those flavors are seasoned fries, cheese fries, Louisiana voodoo fries, and buffalo ranch fries. The times I have been there the service has always been super good and really friendly. The wings are super affordable especially when they have a 60 cent boneless wing special. With this special, you can order 15 boneless wings for only 10 dollars. It is also convenient because you can eat in, take out. You can also find Wingstop on Doordash, GrubHub, and Uber Eats for delivery. When I went to pick up my food everything in the kitchen looked clean and organized. Wingstop does a better job at putting in the right amount of sauce, unlike buffalo wild wings. When I went to buffalo wild wings they would never put the right amount of sauce. Either there isn 't enough sauce on it, it 's cooked incorrectly, or doesn 't even taste good. I 've never had a visit at Wingstop yet where my food has been made wrong, or they forgot an item or it didn 't taste good. There are some weaknesses in Wingstop. One of them being their lemon pepper seasoning is too strong or too much of it for me. The taste of the lemon pepper tasted like a straight-up lemon. I ended up trying to wipe as much of the lemon pepper off the wings as I could and I tried to douse my fries in cheese for it to taste a little bit good. I 've had their lemon pepper wings and lemon pepper fries and both of them were almost inedible for me. Another weakness is if you order through an app like DoorDash it is way more expensive than if you get it from the restaurant. If you order a 10 piece wing you would pay about 10 dollars at the restaurant but through the app, your total would come to 18 dollars, not including delivery fee and tip. On some days their drink fountain often runs out of syrup or ice and it is a bummer not getting the drink you want. Other than those examples I haven 't had any other bad experiences at Wingstop. I give Wingstop a 4 out of 5 because I haven 't had too many bad experiences at Wingstop and I like almost everything I have tried there. Wingstop also makes it easy if you are getting wings for a large group or a party. Their online menu shows you what amount feeds how many people. The taste of their food and how intriguing some of their items on the menu are the reason why they have me and other customers come back on their payday. I am excited to go back there and try other items on their menu, especially their Voodoo fries. Wingstop is the place I can rely on for cheap and great food.

This is, without a doubt, the worst Wingstop I’ve ever been to. They didn’t have our food ready in the timeframe they provided, they messed up our order, and, upon trying to talk with them, try argued with us about it. But beyond that, the food was just bad. It was old/cold when we finally got our order and everything was overcooked and salted to death. I’m not looking for Michelin star cuisine here, but a little effort and attention to detail goes a long way. Worst of all, the staff was rude, disingenuous, and the assistant manager I spoke with tonight was either incompetent or just plain lazy. Either way, he and the staff need overhaul their approach to customer service. Overall, it was a terrible experience and you should definitely take your business and your money somewhere that will provide you with a quality experience, which is definitely something you won’t find at this location.

I placed an order online. It was a Friday evening so I knew it was going to be busy. I get to the store and see that they're really backed up. No big deal, I can wait. So I sit down and wait patiently. Well, the Karen standing at the counter, who obviously believes that her time is far more valuable than anyone else's decided to do what her ilk always does. Started berating everyone who tried to speak to her. It was quite obvious that nothing anyone said to her was going to placate her. The manager and everyone else there handled the situation quite well, considering how rude and ignorant she was being. I got my order in a more than acceptable amount of time and everything was perfect. Those kids did a great job of keeping it together in the face of all that nasty Karening and I think they all deserve a raise. And that broad that got her knickers in a twist needs to seek serious psychiatric assistance.
