Steak N Shake - Indianapolis

Very grateful they have really well received our team from 20 to volleyball.

It was good, but she closed at 11:20, although the door says midnight.

It was good, but creepy, because there is no server and now they have to order on a kiosk and yes it is simply not the same

Went for a quick drive through dinner. Arrived 2nd in line. Order taken quickly. Had to park in hold space to wait for food. That took longer than expected. Fries were not warm or hot. $18 for two sandwich meals.

Don't like the atmosphere as there is no enteraction with the customers and the kiosk was ridiculous and everything was extra cost plus the self serve station was ill equipped not properly filled. They should just close the inside seating wasn't the steak n shake I grew up with. All because of cost cutting. Hamburger wasn't very good either and the wife's Frisco melt wasn't even toasted had no flavor. They are doomed to close
